This is the Belgian Beatles-related record with by far the most variations. Version one has a black Belgian Parlophone label, the first matrix number mentioned above and a glossy black picture sleeve with a rounded cut thumb tab on the back. The label of version two is grey, with the same design as for version one. It has the second matrix number and a matt black picture sleeve without a thumb tab. At the same time as these genuine Belgian pressings, a Dutch pressing was distributed in Belgium. It features both a Belgian and a Dutch release number on the label, together with the mention "SABAM".
It comes in a red Dutch sleeve over which the Belgian release number is printed in black.Parallel to these European versions, US records were distributed in two different specially Belgian-made title sleeves. One was produced by "USA import - Ronnex - Brussels" and the other is anonymous, only mentioning "Wings" and "Goodnight Tonight".
