For this single two clearly different label variations exist. The first is the regular one, entirely in correspondence with the normal Parlophone label as used for the other Belgian sixties singles.
The second is significantly different from the normal Belgian label.
- The mention "Made in Belgium" is absent
- The mention "K.A." is not in a box
- A different typeface was used
- The handwritten matrix numbers are different to those stated on the label : 7XBE 50147 P-1967 and 7XBE 50148 P-1967

   We estimate the regular label version to be 10 to 20 times rarer than the second.The photo on the sleeve is the centre spread of the Sgt. Pepper album. It was taken by Michael Cooper in his studio in Flood Street, London on 30 March 1967.
